For maximum effectiveness, use Black Belt Soap immediately after each training session. Wet your skin, lather the soap and massage it over your entire body for at least 30 seconds before rinsing. Pay particular attention to areas in contact with the mat.
A 120g bar lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks with daily use. To extend its life, let it dry on a well-drained soap dish between uses.
